Dr. Ruane received his medical degree from the University of Melbourne and completed an Advanced Diploma in Obstetrics, which included rigorous surgical training that he has utilised over his 15 years of experience in procedural medicine.
He has undergone specific, focused training in the No Scalpel Vasectomy technique and has performed over 3000 vasectomies. He is a passionate advocate for the benefits of family planning and dedicates his time to educating and mentoring other doctors interested in the No Scalpel Vasectomy technique.
